Polaris ranger ecm problems - Mar 4, 2015 · ECM and burnt connector. Recently went on a hunt with grandson and Ranger started running rough after it got warmed up 5- 10 minutes of normal dirt road driving, fan seemed to come on too often and unit seemed to be running hot. The biggest issue was it started to run like it was starving for gas and would bog down.

We do send out a new clutch kit with the bigger motors like the 900 and the 1000 but the factory clutch kit with the 570 is sufficient. There is one bolt going through the center of the coil mounting it to the panel, which mounts to the frame. This means that the ECM was losing power while cranking even though the Spark Module was still receiving B+.
