Thank you!! I was thinking it had something to do with the weight sensor as well. It may be time for a replacement, I've had this thing for almost 3 years now. I love it and hate it. I was against getting one, but my mom had to have it and of course I get to be the one to work on it every time it messes up š Thanks for the video.
The pet weight smart scale on the app shows 0.00. It wonāt register. I tried unplugging the unit. Opening and closing the draw and still registers 0.0. Anyone else have this or anyone have any ideas? Everything else including cat detection works fine. Itās on carpet. But I donāt get any reading at all. I also verified litter weight and it's withing range. I have also checked and found that the weight sensors are suspicious to me. Sometimes, I feel like the weight sensors on the bottom of the LR4 can get "bound up" perhaps with litter and so forth.
