I couldn’t tell who the manufacturer is, possibly PSA, possibly a 3rd party. They are cerekoted FDE to match the rifle which is nice and have a fugly lime green follower. Finally took the new PSA SABRE (right) out to the range today. This thing definitely punches above its price point at $990 for the 13.7”. The Hiperfire RBT trigger has a great feel and short reset. I didn’t have a grip installed on the quad rail but it’s still easy to grip. Compared to the 16” PSA on the left it’s night and day.

In assuming you mean the sabre 15 not the sabre 10. It depends on what you want to do with it. I have a 13.7 in Jakl with the F5 stock and it is a great gun. If you already have a few good AR15s I'd go for the Jakl especially if you plan on shooting it suppressed, the long stroke piston and the adjustable gas do well with a suppressor.
