I'm using a i5-10300H @ 2.5 GHz, 16GB RAM, GTX 1650Ti laptop, also installed Dynamic FPS 1.5.1, some Visual Fix Mods and a 60 fps lock mod. and I run ToTK at 35-60 FPS. If I open a web browser, it sometimes fluctuates at 25 fps, but still consistent at 30 fps+. Whenever I play TOTK my game always randomly stutters, especially when I'm moving my camera around or in the depths. It sometimes even freezes for a few minutes, but doesn't crash.
