Would switching to bowfa (not acquired yet) and dropping the crystal shield make a huge difference. do you have 99 range and like 99 def and rigour? then yes. if you cant do most kills without brewing kree is absolutely trash to kill.I don't know how cbow compares to a high level crossbow setup, but it could be nice to practice with a 4 tick weapon for when you get bowfa. Yes definitely. 5 seeds (3 for top 2 for legs) is where i would stop since you have both seeds the armor is what makes the bow so good but the crystal helm can be replaced by a slayer helm. I would say it’s 100% worth doing it for the platebody and legs. The helmet is good in certain places but not necessary as the others.
