The Po's sets in the PCM when there is a code stored in the ECM. There are more codes stored in the ECM that are related to an actual problem. The ECM codes won't come up on a key cycle code read if that's how you got the P1693, the ECM codes will have to be read with a scan tool or code reader.

Only code it blinks is P1693, what is strange it does not blink the second P done or any other codes. I have checked the fuel drainback valve in the pump, and cracked the lines to make sure the air is out of the lines.
