It has ratio correct inputs, machine counts, and outputs a steady yellow belts worth (15/s). It should be very helpful in the early game!

But it is true that those at the end does not run 100%. 7 to 7,5 is the perfect ratio. I think I just said its close enough to perfect ratio when I made the build. One can also add one more passive provider chests and have the bots do the remaining 0.3 work.
