I haven't played monopoly go yet. I paid for the 4 star builder set in puzzles and survival and reached hq 22 in about 14 days, I'm sure it was less but can't remember exactly. If you read the guides and posts you should know level 31 is impossible so 22 is the best you can do.

Level 25 is SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult than other previous requirements at HQ 20,21 so you’d need a great guide to follow and a good understanding of the events that would help you get speedups and resources. Yeah I was talkin a' bout Puzzles & Survival. I did it last year and it was a breeze and enjoyable. They changed it level 31 now. I got level 21 no problem and get my full SB amount. I am just guessing that since it was like a 24 hour cooldown just from castle 20-21 I can't imagine how long it is to upgrade for level 20+.
